Instructions: Preheat your oven to 450F if your using a pizza stone throw it in there and let it get hot with your oven. Proceed to lightly flouring a clean surface. Roll the dough out between 12-16 inches round depending on the thickness you prefer for your pizza. If using a metal pizza pan or bringing your pizza onto a peel for putting in a pizza oven for launching onto a stone now is the time for that. Add your favorite topping then pt your pizza in the oven on the pan or launch onto your stone. With a stone your pizza will cook faster but any oven method will take between 15-17 minutes. If using an outdoor pizza oven which is Lous favorite method preheat it up to 700 degrees then let it cool to 550, maintain 550 then launch your pizza and your pizza with proper rotation will not take longer than 2-3 minutes.
